All SPA facials commence with an analysis of the skin to determine skin type, assess the condition of the skin, and establish whether there is any sensitivity.

Choose from a collection of signature facial enhancements that include: Specialty Facials, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Microcurrent and LED Treatments. Give your skin a radiant glow with exceptional facial.

The SPA Facial leaves skin toned, polished, and absolutely radiant.

MICRODERMABRASION

Is a cosmetic technique that uses a mechanical medium for exfoliation to remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells from the epidermis.

Microdermabrasion involves a stream of fine micro-particles being blasted across the face by a kind of skin vacuum cleaner to help improve the texture and appearance of the skin. The powder used varies and can include crystals of aluminium salts, sodium bicarbonate, or sodium chloride. Movement of these crystals under pressure loosens and partially removes the outermost epidermal layer of the skin in a kind of sandpapering effect. Alternatively some systems use Diamond Microdermabrasion where the treatment tip contains tiny diamonds that abrade the skin. Once the outer layer of skin has been removed, the layers of skin beneath increase their production of new skin cells to renew the surface layer. It is a mild treatment causing minimal damage to the surface of the skin.

Microdermabrasion may be performed to decrease the appearance of superficial hyperpigmentation, and photo-damage, as well as diminish fine lines, wrinkles, and shallow acne scars. Removing the dead skin will aid in the penetration of skin care products by up to 50% and make-up will go on much more smoothly.

MICRONEEDLING

Collagen Induction Therapy. Is a minimally invasive technique that boosts your skin's production of collagen and elastin. Microneedling involves using a mechanized device called a Dermapen to make thousands of miniscule needle punctures in the outermost layers of the skin. By precisely controlling the depth, spacing, frequency, and pattern of these needle pricks, the Dermapen stimulates your body to make more collagen in the areas where it needs it the most. Microneedling can show improvement in:

Fine lines
Freckles and Sun spots
Scars
Burns
Acne scars
Stretch marks
Large pores

Microneedling can be combined with a liquid treatment on the skin surface, such as growth factors, vitamin C, or platelet rich plasma (PRP), to further improve skin quality, evenness, and texture. This is highly effective because the skin absorbs more of these growth factors as a result of microneedling treatment.

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the face, neck, and arms. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off. The regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. Chemical peels are the ultimate multi-tasker for your skin. And they are used to treat a number of conditions including:

Acne scars
Aging skin
Hyperpigmentation
Melasma
Scars

PRP FACIAL

PRP Facial or Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy.

It's essentially a regenerative therapy, which uses nothing but the patient's own blood.

Platelets are tiny blood cells which play a crucial part in helping the body stop bleeding - as well as repairing damaged blood vessels and cells.

You could think of them as little powerhouses, which release proteins for growth when they come in contact with the body's tissue.

In PRP, a needle is used to draw blood from the client's arm. The blood is then spun in a machine, to remove the platelets.

The plasma from the blood is extracted, and spattered on the client's face using tiny acupuncture-style needles to rejuvenate their face.

Those promoting PRP say it should:

Improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars and stretch marks

Rejuvenate the under-eye area

Tighten stubborn open poors

Plump and volumise any area (e.g. cheeks) where someone might otherwise gets fillers.

PRP isn’t just for facial treatments: men or women who are experiencing hair loss can get PRP therapy in the scalp to stimulate follicles and promote hair regrowth.
